Continuing Members - Jenny Gambell, Nicole Drew, Steph Parrish, Andy Wright, Pippa Potter, Carolyn White and Jess Rudkin.
I would like to welcome the new Committee Members who, I am sure, will bring lots of new ideas and valuable help to the PSA. We also had some resignations from the Committee and it is with regret that Jenny Arkwright, Sue Woloszczuk and Christy Bamford have resigned from the Committee. All three members have been on the PSA for a great number of years and have contributed enormously to the School and given up a lot of time and effort to help raise money over the years. I am sure you will all join me in thanking them for their time on the PSA and wish them all the very best, as they have done a fantastic job. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Christy, Jenny and Sue.
Jenny Gambell has stepped down from the Secretary position but will remain on the Committee. Fiona Wadforth has been elected the new Secretary, who I am sure will do a great job. I would also like to thank Jenny Gambelll for all her hard work over the years in her Secreatry role.
Finally, in 2009/2010 we have raised in excess of £5,000 and we would like to thank all of you for your continued support. I know Mr. Wright and his staff are very grateful for the money that the PSA provide them and have been able to buy the blinds for the School Hall, microphones and stands, Year 6 trip, climbing apparatus, sofa and chair plus many more items. I hope we can continue to grow and look forward to many more events!
If anybody was unable to make the AGM, but would like to, or is thinking about becoming a Committee Member then please contact myself or one of the PSA Members who will be happy to introduce you at our next meeting.
